RAWE. Overnight Oats
- 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Wholegrain Rolled Oats
- 1/2 to 2/3 Cup Organic Coconut/Almond Milk (Depending on how thick you like it)
- Tsp Chia Seeds
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Almonds, Sunflower or Pumpkin seeds
- Goji Berries
- Grated Apple
- Liquid sweetener (e.g. Honey/Maple Syrup)
Prepare the oats in a small mason jar or bowl by adding together all the base ingredients, pop in the fridge to soak overnight (oats become easier to digest when soaked). In the morning simply add your favourite toppings and go!
This dish is so versatile as you can use a variety of different toppings and milks.
