Strawberry & Vanilla Chia Pudding
- 1 cup of Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup of Chia Seeds
- Handful of Strawberries
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Sprinkle of shredded or desiccated coconut
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Pour the mixture into a mason jar or glass container to set overnight in the fridge.
